Have you met anyone who enjoys being sick, or who looks forward to their next debilitating injury? Most people will go out of their way to secure and safe, avoiding suffering at any cost. As a result, we easily push those who are sick, suffering, or struggling with sin in their lives to the fringes, so that what is wrong with them will not contaminate us. The wonder of the gospel, though, is that Jesus came into this messed up and diseased world to ensure that ALL people could be healed and restored by his power and grace.
